While out in Beverly Hills this week, the two were spotted together. The two were dressed casual and even made sure to keep their distance from each other—they walked SEVERAL feet apart and tried to play it cool...they were both even on their cells at the same time.

During the same time, Miley was also videotaped getting out of her car and approaching a paparazzi to ask him to stop following her as he already "got his shots."
